Our Guarantee

JG Art Gallery + Events stands behind every work in our collection. If a piece doesn't work in your space, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll find a solution — exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on circumstances.

Return Eligibility

Works must be returned in original, undamaged condition with all original packaging. Works that have been installed, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return. Custom commissions and commissioned works are non-refundable.

Return Process

Contact us at info@profound-fly-dev.10web.me within 14 days of receiving your artwork. We will issue a return authorization and provide packing instructions. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned work.

Damaged in Transit

If artwork arrives damaged, document the damage immediately with photographs and contact us within 48 hours. We will file a claim with the shipper and arrange for repair or replacement at no cost to you.

International Sales

All sales to international destinations are final. We cannot accept returns on international shipments due to the complexity of cross-border customs and shipping insurance.

Exchanges

We are happy to work with collectors to find the right piece. If you'd like to exchange a work for another in our collection, contact us directly. Exchange requests are handled case by case.
